2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern the Lunge website, enquiries and general website services. Netademix has additional service terms. Other products, including healthcare, safety, hardware and specialist services, may require separate agreements.
An enquiry or demonstration request does not create a paid subscription. A signed agreement expressly changing these terms applies to the relevant service. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
3. Website information and product availability
We aim to provide accurate, useful information. Features, integrations and availability depend on the product, plan, location and agreed setup. Demonstrations and previews may contain illustrative information.
Planned features are not included in a purchase unless expressly agreed. Before payment, we will identify the service, price and material limitations. We will correct material errors brought to our attention and contact affected customers where necessary.
4. Acceptable use
Use our website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with operation, impersonate others, provide misleading information or use services for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.
Do not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
5. Intellectual property
Lunge and its licensors retain ownership of their website, branding, software and protected materials. You may view materials for personal use or internal service evaluation. Wider reproduction, resale or distribution requires permission unless law permits it. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials.
6. Enquiries and communications
Provide accurate contact information. Some forms prepare an email in your email application; you must send that email to deliver the enquiry.
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or confidential learner, medical or identity records through public forms. Contact us for an appropriate sharing method. Marketing preferences are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party websites and services
External websites, app stores and providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our obligations under law and agreements with you.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, purposes, recipients and your rights. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to marketing, recording, tracking or unrelated uses of information.
9. Availability and responsibility
We will exercise reasonable care in operating our website. Maintenance, technical faults and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence or infringement of mandatory consumer rights. Product responsibilities and remedies appear in the relevant agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will show an effective date and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated and handled under its agreement and applicable law.
11. Complaints and applicable law
Send any queries, notices, or formal complaints to info@lunge.co.za with sufficient operational detail to enable an investigation.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to mandatory protections applicable to consumers under South African law, you retain the right to submit disputes to competent courts, tribunals, or statutory dispute resolution bodies.
