Who controls a route's live tracking?
Live tracking, route start and route completion are controlled by the driver assigned to the route's primary vehicle. Assigning another crew vehicle does not grant its driver control of the primary vehicle's tracking.
Who can help with an incorrect route or missing tracking?
Contact your school's transport administrator to check the student's route assignment, the primary vehicle and the assigned driver. The driver must start tracking before live location updates are available.
