Why is my school account waiting for access?
Lunge school access requires the school to be approved and marked Active. A Pending, Suspended or Closed school cannot use school features. Ask your school administrator to check the school's access status with Lunge.
What should I do if my student profile is missing or incorrect?
Ask your school administrator to check that your account is linked to the correct student record and school. Include the screen and error message when requesting support so the account link can be checked.
