Understand monthly subscription periods and payments.
When does a monthly subscription start and end?
A school feature subscription runs from its activation date to the same date in the following month. The full monthly charge applies to that period. Check your subscription and invoice in the school portal for the recorded dates and amount.
What happens if we cancel during the month?
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current monthly period. Access continues until that period expires, and the full charge for the current period remains payable. Cancelling midway through the month does not remove a charge for resources already made available.
